Worldwide Protests Against the
Canadian Slaughter of Seals
Held On March 15th
All Over the World!

Sea Shepherd is one of a growing list of organizations that agree we need to join together to strengthen our chance of stopping this annual seal "hunt." This Unified Opposition is comprised of many groups with a variety of missions and strategies - but we all agree with one thing: This seal hunt has got to end immediately and permanently!

One of the major strategies of the Opposition was to shine the international spotlight on Canada by staging a Worldwide Protest. The Protests were held on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at Canadian embassies and consulates and other locations around the world.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE - DEMONSTRATE!

The main protest day may have passed, but the slaughter continues. Any time is a good time to let the Canadian government know how you feel about this horrific slaughter!

Here are some ideas for your ACTION:

Please contact our Sea Shepherd Volunteer Coordinators for more information and resources:

International: tim@seashepherd.org

Please note: Generally protestors must remain on the public sidewalks. If you have any doubts you should check with your city to determine its requirements before the protest. After the demonstration, the Protest Leader should enter the building to deliver the copies of the petitions to the official on duty. One other person could accompany the Protest Leader to photograph the delivery. [Note: Please make sure you photocopy the petitions and send the original set back to the Sea Shepherd headquarters].

THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS - THIS SEAL SLAUGHTER HAS GOT TO BE STOPPED. YOUR PARTICIPATION IS ESSENTIAL!
