Extra Information:	Humpback whales are the highlight of these trips, but, sea lions, seals, and porpoises are generally seen as well.  Appreciating the marine environment is clearly the focus of these trips, so guides work to ensure safe and respectful encounters with the whales, and invite participants into the whales’ world by tuning in their beautiful and intriguing calls on special underwater microphones. Days are spent paddling through some of the most beautiful landscape in Alaska.  Evenings are spent camping in quiet coves and on secluded islands, and participants are often lulled to sleep by the sound of distant whale spouts. Whale sightings are guaranteed on this five day trip, or a 50% refund is provided.
